Brief Description:

Ceramic fiber wool is made by melting raw materials such as alumina and silica in an arc furnace or resistance furnace, and then made into fibers by centrifugal spinning or blowing, and then formed into cotton-like materials through processes such as cotton collection and needle punching. This unique manufacturing process gives it the characteristics of light weight, high strength and low heat capacity, while allowing it to maintain structural stability at high temperatures. Compared with traditional refractory bricks, ceramic fiber wool weighs only one-tenth of the former, significantly reducing the equipment load. Its advantages also include rapid temperature rise and fall adaptability, excellent sound absorption performance, and environmentally friendly and non-toxic characteristics, so it is highly favored in the fields of metallurgy, chemical industry and building fire protection.

Ceramic Fiber Bulk has two kinds. One is the blown bulk, the other is the spun bulk.
The length of the spun fiber is long. It is often used as a filling material for high-temperature kiln and also can be used as the material of textile.
The length of the blown fiber is short, it is used for fiber plating and fiber re-processing.
