Customized Incremental Hall Encoder Series 12 CPR 13CPR
Suitable for most of the micro motors on the market, the speed measuring encoder is equipped with a dust-proof protective cover, and the quantity can customized according to needs.
Note that the motor must have a rear output shaft, and all encoders are purchased for rear-mounted fixed installation, and the output shaft diameter can customized according to needs.
Hall speed measurement accuracy: 12, 13, 16 CPR (the number of pulses output by the motor in one), other precisions need to be customized.
Photoelectric speed measurement accuracy: 360, 448, CPR (high precision), other prec need to be customized.
The price shown is a standard price for a set, please consult the online customer service for a large quantity, samples can be sent, and we will in the installation.
There are 12CPR and 13CPR speed accuracy motors available.
Hall speed measurement supports custom 4CPR-1CPR, for details please consult customer service.
Here is a brief explanation with 12CPR as an example, this parameter detects the rear shaft part of the motor i.e. the motor's rear shaft rotates one circle
Output 12 pulses (separate A phase or B phase), if the motor's reduction is 1:34, then the motor output shaft rotates
The pulse number for one circle is 12*34=408 pulses, and the number per circle after 4 times frequency in the software is 1632.
