GS-SW640171550-UC-CML-CAN is a high-performance uncooled InGaAs SWIR camera working in the 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. It adopts 640×512 15μm InGaAs FPA, supporting up to 50Hz full resolution frame rate. Equipped with Gbps high-speed CML digital output, matched with CAN bus for equipment control which features fast transmission and strong anti-interference performance. Adopting uncooled energy-saving structure, the camera is ultra-compact and lightweight. It supports arbitrary-position ROI readout to raise frame rate on demand, and reserves interface for onboard centroid tracking function integration. The tiny outline is perfectly suitable for portable optoelectronic pods, laser communication receiving equipment and laser spot detection systems. All cameras pass strict ISO & CE quality inspection.
