１．Product Overview

Pre Painted Steel Coil is a color coated steel product manufactured with a continuous coil coating process. It combines a zinc-coated steel substrate with organic paint systems including PE, SMP, HDP, and PVDF to provide corrosion resistance, decorative appearance, and long-term surface durability.

With RAL color options, coating thickness control, and standard coil dimensions, the product is widely used for roofing sheets, wall cladding panels, home appliances, and fabricated metal components.

２．Technical Solution

The steel substrate is coated with 30–275g/m² zinc coating to provide corrosion protection. Organic paint systems are then applied to both sides of the coil.

The exposed side receives a 10–25μm top coating to improve weather resistance, UV stability, and appearance retention. The reverse side receives a 5–7μm back coating to enhance protection during storage, transportation, and fabrication.
