１．Product Overview

0.19mm RAL9010 Pre Coated Galvanized Steel Coil is a color coated steel material designed for roofing sheets, wall panels, building components, vehicle parts, shipbuilding components, furniture panels, and electrical equipment applications.

The product uses galvanized or galvalume steel substrate with PE paint coating and primer system. The 90g/m² zinc coating supports corrosion protection, while the pre-painted surface provides decorative appearance and processing convenience for light-gauge building panel applications.

２．Technical Solution

The steel substrate is protected by 90g/m² zinc coating and then coated with a polyester paint system. The top surface uses 10μm polyester coating plus 5μm primer to improve surface appearance and adhesion.

The back surface uses 5–7μm primer to provide reverse-side protection during coil storage, transportation, forming, and installation. The pre-painted finish can reduce secondary painting work during downstream fabrication.
