１．Product Overview
0.85mm RAL7012 PPGI Color Coated Galvanized Steel Coil is a pre-painted steel coil designed for flange plate, building panels, roofing components, vehicle manufacturing, furniture, and electric industry applications.
The product uses SGCC, CGCC, or DX51D+Z substrate with 180g/m² zinc coating and polyester paint system. The 1250mm width supports building panel production and general sheet fabrication, while the pre-painted surface reduces secondary coating work during downstream processing.
２．Technical Solution
The galvanized steel substrate provides corrosion protection through 180g/m² zinc coating. The top surface uses 10μm polyester coating plus 5μm primer to improve color appearance and paint adhesion.
The back surface uses 7μm coating plus 5μm primer to improve reverse-side protection during storage, transportation, forming, and installation.
The available substrate and coating options include Z20–Z275 and AZ30–AZ150, allowing different corrosion protection levels for construction and industrial applications.
