１．Product Overview

Pre Painted Galvalume Steel Coil is a color coated steel coil used for building panels, furniture components, machine parts, steel structure roofing, and decorative metal fabrication.

This product is supplied in RAL6018 color with 914mm width and is also available in 700–1250mm width range. The zinc or AZ coating range of 30–180g/m² provides corrosion protection for building and industrial applications, while the pre-painted surface improves appearance consistency and processing efficiency.

２．Technical Solution

The product uses galvanized or galvalume steel substrate with continuous pre-painting treatment. The metallic coating provides corrosion protection, while the polyester paint layer improves weatherability and surface appearance.

The top surface uses 8–20μm polyester coating with 5μm primer to support color stability and surface durability. The back surface uses 5–7μm or 7–8μm polyester coating with 5μm primer to improve reverse-side protection during processing, transportation, and installation.

PE, SMP, and PVDF coating systems can be selected according to different weather resistance and application requirements.
