１．Product Overview
0.28mm CGLCC PVDF Prepainted Color Coated Steel Sheet is designed for building panels, roofing sheets, wall cladding, and fabricated metal components requiring stable coating performance and corrosion protection.
The product uses CGLCC substrate with 60g/m² zinc coating and PVDF paint system. The 1250mm width supports panel production and sheet fabrication, while the RAL 6012 color provides a defined architectural appearance for building and industrial applications.
２．Technical Solution
The steel substrate is protected with 60g/m² zinc coating to improve corrosion resistance. The top surface uses 10μm polyester coating plus 5μm primer, while the back surface uses 5–7μm coating for reverse-side protection.
PVDF paint is selected for improved weather resistance, UV stability, and coating durability compared with general coating systems. Painted surfaces including printing, filmed, matte, and wrinkled finishes can be used according to project appearance requirements.
