１．Product Overview
0.46mm Z90 26Ga PPGI Steel Coil is a prepainted galvanized steel coil used for roofing sheets, wall panels, steel structure workshops, warehouses, shipbuilding components, vehicle parts, furniture panels, and electric industry applications.
The product combines SGCC galvanized steel substrate, 90g/m² zinc coating, and PVDF coating system to provide corrosion resistance, surface durability, and decorative appearance for building and industrial use.
２．Technical Solution
The galvanized substrate provides metallic corrosion protection through 90g/m² zinc coating. The paint system includes 7μm polyester top coating with 5μm primer and 8μm back coating with 5μm primer.
The top coating improves appearance and surface protection, while the back coating improves reverse-side resistance during storage, forming, handling, and installation.
PVDF coating is selected for applications requiring improved weather resistance and long-term exterior surface stability.
