１．Product Overview
0.35mm G550 PVDF PPGI Steel Coil is designed for building roofing, wall cladding, architectural panels, and exterior construction applications requiring color durability and corrosion protection.
Manufactured with JIS G3312/94 CGCC substrate, Z50 zinc coating, and PVDF paint system, the product combines structural strength with long-term weather resistance. RAL 9002 and RAL 9024 colors are commonly used for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and steel structure projects.
２．Technical Solution
The galvanized substrate is protected by a 50g/m² zinc coating that provides basic corrosion resistance for building applications.
The top coating consists of 15–20μm polyester coating plus 5μm primer, while the reverse side uses 5–7μm coating plus 5μm primer. The PVDF paint system improves UV resistance, color retention, and weatherability in outdoor environments.
The coil is supplied in 900mm width and 0.35mm thickness, suitable for roll forming, roofing profile production, and wall panel fabrication.
