１．Product Overview

Pre Painted Steel Coil is a color coated steel material used for roofing sheets, wall panels, appliance panels, automotive parts, furniture components, and industrial fabrication.

The product combines zinc coating, pre-painted surface treatment, and paint coating systems to provide corrosion resistance, color consistency, and stable processing performance. With 700–1250mm width, 3–8MT coil weight, and 508 / 610mm coil ID, it is suitable for continuous roll forming, slitting, bending, and sheet fabrication lines.

The steel coil is processed with zinc coating and pre-painted surface treatment. The zinc coating improves corrosion resistance, while the paint coating improves surface appearance, weather resistance, and color retention.

The 10–25μm top coating provides the main exposed surface protection. The 5–7μm back coating improves reverse-side protection during storage, handling, forming, and installation.
