The Submersible Mixer is a rugged, guide-rail-mounted agitator engineered to keep solids in suspension and create the gentle, uniform flow required in anoxic and anaerobic zones of biological wastewater treatment plants. Powered by a heavy-duty motor with a hardened propeller, the mixer generates a high-thrust jet that eliminates dead zones, prevents sludge deposition, and improves contact between biomass and substrate. Its compact, submersible design requires no above-water structure, and the dual mechanical seal with oil chamber and moisture sensor protects the motor even under continuous 24/7 immersion, making it a dependable workhorse for municipal and industrial plants alike.
