Fine Bubble Aeration System EPDM Tube Diffuser Sewage Oxygen Transfer 1-100 m³/h
The Fine Bubble Aeration System uses high-performance EPDM tube diffusers to dissolve oxygen into activated sludge efficiently and economically. Compressed air passes through a perforated support tube and an elastic EPDM membrane, emerging as a dense cloud of micro-bubbles typically 1-3 mm in diameter. Because smaller bubbles present a far greater surface-to-volume ratio, oxygen transfer efficiency rises sharply, cutting the aeration energy that accounts for the majority of a treatment plant's running cost. The non-clogging, check-valve design keeps the diffuser trouble-free, and the modular grid layout suits nearly any aeration tank geometry or capacity between 1 and 100 m³/h per diffuser.

  • Simple, Modular Installation: Diffusers mount on standard pipe grids with a simple saddle connection, allowing aeration tanks to be built or expanded in line with demand.
  • Corrosion-Resistant Construction: Support tube and fittings are manufactured from durable, corrosion-resistant materials suitable for municipal and industrial sludge.
