The frame structure is fabricated from heavy-section hot-dip galvanized carbon steel with reinforced cross-bracing members that withstand the substantial hydraulic forces present in deep-channel installations. Each side frame incorporates precision-machined guide rail tracks with replaceable UHMWPE wear strips that minimize friction during rake travel while providing decades of maintenance-free service.
