The Multi-Rake Mechanical Bar Screen with Triple Synchronized Rake System is a high-throughput screening solution engineered for industrial wastewater applications where continuous, uninterrupted debris removal is critical to downstream process reliability. Unlike single-rake screens that pause debris removal during the return stroke, this multi-rake design employs three independently driven rake assemblies that operate in a phased sequence controlled by a central PLC.
At any given moment, at least one rake is actively traveling upward with debris while another is descending for the next capture cycle and the third is discharging at the top platform. This phased operation eliminates intermittent debris bypass, achieving a true continuous debris removal rate that can be 2.5 to 3 times higher than a single-rake screen of equivalent channel width.

The Multi-Rake Bar Screen excels in high-load industrial wastewater environments where single-rake screens cannot keep pace with debris accumulation. Ideal for fruit and vegetable processing plants with seasonal harvest peaks, sugarcane and sugar beet processing mills, municipal solid waste leachate treatment facilities, and tannery wastewater pretreatment systems handling heavy solids loads.
Packaging & Quality Assurance
Each Multi-Rake Bar Screen is fully assembled, aligned, and cycle-tested at the factory to verify proper phased operation of all three rake assemblies, encoder calibration, and anti-collision logic functionality. Complete test run data including torque curves and cycle timing is provided with quality documentation.
For shipping, the screen is carefully disassembled into manageable modules packed in export-grade plywood crates with clear assembly sequence labeling. Spare NBR scraper tips sufficient for two years of normal operation are included at no additional charge. Standard warranty covers 18 months from shipment.
