A synchronized multi-cylinder hydraulic system drives the movable beams, applying consistent pressure across all layers while maintaining uniform force distribution. This design prevents overloading or deformation, ensuring dimensional stability across products. The machine excels in continuous large-scale production of laminated surfaces such as melamine-faced boards, veneered MDF, high-strength multi-ply panels, and customized cabinet and wardrobe components.
