Product Description:
A 4-layer hot press machine is an industrial equipment that uses high temperature and high pressure to bond and cure multiple layers of composite materials. Its core is to use a three-layer heating plate (upper, middle upper, middle lower, lower) to form four independent pressing spaces, achieving an efficient process of pressing four boards at once. The hydraulic cylinder drives the upper beam downwards, driving the upper pressure plate to move downwards, and simultaneously applying a set pressure to the four sets of workpieces. The entire system adopts multi cylinder synchronous control technology to ensure uniform pressure distribution in each layer and avoid overloading or warping. Continuous hot pressing for large-scale production of melamine veneer (MFC), medium density fiberboard (MDF) veneer, high-strength multi-layer board, cabinet door panels, and wardrobe panels.
