The horizontal multi‑layer laminating press is a hydraulically driven multi‑station composite pressing machine. With a horizontal pressing layout and an electric temperature‑controlled heating system, it is suitable for panel bonding processes involving temperature‑sensitive adhesives.
Multiple independent working layers and protective silicone cushions are provided, while the robust machine frame helps maintain stable operation. It is designed for large‑format composite panel lamination. Custom overall dimensions can be arranged. The machine may operate independently or be integrated into automatic panel production lines, supporting lamination tasks for larger workpieces.
Compared with single‑layer pressing machines, the multi‑station design allows several workpieces to be pressed simultaneously, helping shorten batch cycles and improve production workflow. Synchronized multi‑cylinder hydraulic delivery aims to distribute pressure more evenly across the panel surface, which may help reduce delamination and weak bonding related to uneven pressure.
The horizontal layout is intended to make loading and unloading of large panels more convenient than conventional vertical presses. Large platens are available to accommodate oversized workpieces. Built‑in silicone cushions help protect panel surfaces and reduce the chance of indentation marks. Customization options can be considered to suit factory site conditions and production layout.
The heavy‑duty welded frame is intended to support structural stability during extended continuous operation. The hydraulic system is equipped with standard industrial protection components to help reduce the risk of fluid leakage.

Mechanical limit stops are used to restrict platen travel and help avoid over‑stroke conditions. Daily maintenance mainly focuses on the hydraulic system. Oil cylinders and pipe joints should be inspected regularly for leakage. Hydraulic oil should be replaced according to official specifications to help maintain stable hydraulic performance.
Silicone cushions are wearing parts; their surface condition should be checked routinely, and worn or damaged cushions should be replaced to help prevent workpiece scratching. Electric wiring and heating components should be inspected, and dust or debris should be removed to support heat dissipation and reliable electrical contact.
Frame and platen fasteners should be re‑tightened periodically. Hydraulic and electric assemblies should not be disassembled by unqualified personnel. For long‑term shutdown, dust‑proof protection should be applied, and the platens should be kept in a safe open position. All maintenance work should be carried out only after power‑off and pressure release.
