This sound-absorbing panel forming production line is an integrated continuous-production equipment set featuring a well-organized layout, reasonably arranged workstations, and a stable, compact frame structure. The line supports manufacturing various sound-absorbing panels including polyester fiber panels, rock wool panels, and composite perforated panels.
Based on core processes such as fiber opening and blending, web laying, hot-pressing and composite curing, the internal porous structure of panels can be effectively controlled by adjusting temperature and pressure parameters. The production line completes the full manufacturing process from raw material input to finished panel output without requiring additional auxiliary procedures, resulting in acoustic panels with uniformly distributed pores and smooth surfaces.
All workstations are coordinated by the control system with smooth process connections and material transfer. Process logic can be flexibly adjusted according to actual working conditions, accommodating various panel formulations and forming technologies.
Equipment includes standardized safety protection structures, protective isolation components, and emergency stop mechanisms. The control system continuously monitors operating status and provides real-time working data feedback.
Panels are suitable for indoor noise reduction in office spaces, meeting rooms, broadcast studios, cinemas, and for industrial noise control in equipment rooms and sound-insulating enclosures.
Modular structural design facilitates disassembly and inspection of key components. Sufficient operating space enables quick routine maintenance, with periodic checks on transmission system and pressing stations.
