The right-angle hot press is an integrated pressing machine with L-frame structure. The whole machine features heavy-duty and compact layout, equipped with L-shaped front and rear conveying platforms to realize synchronous vertical main-pressure and side-pressure operation. Adopting electric heating with thermal oil circulation and multi-group hydraulic cylinder system, it supports workpiece tilt adjustment, and covers full workflow of feeding, laminating and discharging for large-size panels.
Delivers synchronous vertical and side compression, applying multi-dimensional compaction on panel right-angle joints to avoid partial lamination defects. Integrated L-shaped conveying platforms handle large-dimension workpieces with high-temperature resistant conveyor medium.
Multi-cylinder limit structure constrains cylinder stroke and prevents over-travel risks. Physical separation between conveying platforms and main machine body reduces accidental human-machine contact. Thermal oil indirect heating reduces safety hazards.
Mainly applied for hot-press lamination of honeycomb panels and sandwich composite materials, as well as lamination forming of various door panels. Widely used in building panel manufacturing, composite processing, and prefabricated panel production.
Daily maintenance focuses on hydraulic oil condition. Regular inspection of sealing performance, conveyor medium wear condition, and circulation motors. Most inspection and repair work completed under machine stop status.
