The right-angle hot press is a compact, integrated pressing unit built on an L-shaped frame architecture. Primarily suited for hot-press lamination of honeycomb panels and sandwich-type composite materials, as well as lamination forming of various door panel products. Common applications include building panel manufacturing, composite material processing, and prefabricated panel production.
Routine maintenance centers on monitoring hydraulic oil condition. Periodic inspection of sealing component integrity, conveyor medium wear assessment, and verification of circulation motor operational status is recommended. Most inspection and servicing tasks can be performed while the machine is stopped.
