Product Overview
This corona treatment unit features an aluminum alloy supporting frame and horizontal conveying workbench with a compact, fully enclosed design. Developed for surface activation preprocessing of flat plate substrates, it alters material surface molecular state through high-voltage corona discharge to prepare substrates for adhesive applying, composite pressing, and surface coating procedures.
The inline structural design enables seamless integration with existing plate processing production lines for uninterrupted continuous operation.
