This up-stroke multi-layer hot press features a heavy-duty welded frame with a blue-white-orange color scheme. The control cabinet is positioned on one side of the main body, with safety mesh guarding installed around the working perimeter. Utilizing thermal-oil electric heating and a smoothly operating hydraulic drive system, this equipment achieves uniform pressure and heat distribution across the entire hot pressing surface. Designed for continuous workshop operation, this model delivers stable pressing performance for wood-based composite materials.
Multi-layer station structure allows multiple workpieces to be processed within a single pressing cycle. The hydraulic system maintains stable pressure output throughout operations with controlled pressing stroke for compatibility with plates of different thicknesses.
Physical safety fences around the working area reduce accidental entry risk. Control panel includes emergency-stop button and pressure monitoring gauges. Over-pressure protection activates during abnormal pressure conditions, safeguarding hydraulic components.
Ideal for veneer pressing, decorative board laminating, and composite panel gluing processes in woodworking. Demonstrates excellent processing performance on MDF, particle board, and various wood-based composite substrates.
Regular monitoring of hydraulic oil condition and cylinder sealing parts wear recommended to prolong equipment service life. Hot platen surface must be kept clean to prevent adverse effects on finished pressing quality from residual debris.
