Product Overview
Henrriet aluminum honeycomb small-size board hot press is a single-layer hydraulic thermal bonding equipment. It adopts a modular frame structure, equipped with protective safety grids and feeding conveyor platform for compact layout.
Relying on top-down hydraulic pressing structure and thermal oil circulating heating system, the machine completes composite bonding process, suitable for thermal lamination of medium and small-format aluminum honeycomb panels. It realizes adhesion and curing between honeycomb core and surface skins for steady composite operations.
Integrated with feeding conveyor mechanism, workpieces can be smoothly transported into pressing station. Built-in protective components keep operational visibility for operators to monitor internal pressing status.
