Product Overview
The Henrriet aluminum honeycomb small-size board hot press is a single-layer hydraulic thermal bonding unit. Its modular frame layout includes protective safety grids and a feeding conveyor platform, resulting in a relatively compact footprint.
Using a top-down hydraulic pressing structure and a thermal oil circulation heating system, the machine carries out composite bonding operations and is suited to thermal lamination of small and medium-format aluminum honeycomb panels. It facilitates adhesion and curing between the honeycomb core and surface skins for consistent composite processing.
A feeding conveyor mechanism is integrated to help transfer workpieces into the pressing station. Built-in protective elements maintain visibility so operators can observe the pressing status inside.
