This high-performance steel wire braided hydraulic hose features a seamless integrally extruded synthetic rubber inner tube with uniform wall thickness, ensuring stable fluid delivery, excellent tightness and no leakage during long-term operation. It is reinforced with two layers of high-strength steel wire braid, providing outstanding pressure resistance and structural stability under heavy working conditions. The outer cover is made of premium anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, which offers strong resistance to oils, fuels and various atmospheric conditions, effectively resisting aging and wear in complex industrial environments. The hose supports no-skive DPF2T ferrules and customizable DPX2XX inserts, enabling fast, convenient and reliable crimping assembly without peeling the rubber layer. Fully certified by MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA, this hose meets global industrial quality and safety standards. It provides stable working pressure of 125–400 Bar / 1813.5–5800 PSI and features a long impulse life of more than 200,000 cycles. It operates steadily within a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +100 °C, with intermittent tolerance up to 120 °C, while suitable for -40 °C to +70 °C for water-based fluids and 0 °C to +70 °C for hot air. Please note that prolonged operation under extreme temperatures will reduce the hose service life. This hose is specially designed for conveying mineral oils and biological oils, widely applicable to various mechanical and hydraulic systems.
