This hydraulic hose is constructed with a high-quality synthetic rubber inner tube, which is integrally extruded without joints and features uniform wall thickness to ensure stable fluid delivery and excellent tightness. The hose is reinforced with two layers of high-tensile steel wire braid, providing reliable structural strength and pressure resistance during long-term operation. The outer cover is made of wear-resistant synthetic rubber material that offers outstanding resistance to oil, fuel, oxidation and various harsh atmospheric conditions. Matched with no-skive type DPF2T ferrules and customizable DPX2XX inserts, the hose allows flexible assembly and easy installation. It is fully certified with MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA, guaranteeing stable and qualified performance for global industrial applications. The hose supports a working pressure ranging from 165 to 400 Bar (2393–5800 PSI) and achieves a pulse cycle life of over 200,000 times. It operates steadily within a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +100 °C, with intermittent tolerance up to 120 °C, while maintaining stable performance for water-based fluids at -40 °C to +70 °C and hot air environments from 0 °C to +70 °C. Please note that prolonged operation under extreme temperatures will reduce the overall service life of the hose.
