R3 Smooth Cover Hydraulic Fluid Hose Product Introduction

 

This R3 textile braided hydraulic hose features a seamless synthetic rubber inner tube with uniform wall thickness, extruded as a whole piece to ensure zero leakage and stable fluid transmission. It is reinforced with two layers of high-strength textile braiding, offering excellent flexibility, lightweight performance and reliable pressure resistance for medium and low-pressure hydraulic systems. The outer cover is made of premium anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, providing strong resistance to oil, fuel and various complex atmospheric conditions, ensuring long-term outdoor and industrial service stability. The hose supports professional no-skive Push-On R3 fittings with customizable inserts for simple, fast and safe assembly. Certified with MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA, this hose complies with international quality and safety standards. It delivers stable working pressure from 39 to 105 Bar (566–1523 PSI) and works reliably in a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +100 °C, with intermittent tolerance up to 120 °C. It is widely compatible with petroleum-based hydraulic oils, glycol-water based fluids, water and lubricants, ideal for general industrial and machinery hydraulic applications. Please note that prolonged operation under extreme temperatures will shorten the hose service life.
