SK-1BM K0603 YG8 Carbide Preform – Semi-Finished for Custom Burr Production
The SK-1BM K0603 is a semi-finished carbide preform made from YG8 tungsten carbide. YG8 contains 8% cobalt, providing good toughness and wear resistance — making it suitable for small-diameter rotary burrs used in fine detail work, precision deburring, and tight-area machining.

The preform is pre-shaped to the SK series profile, designed for fine finishing and light material removal in confined spaces. The K0603 specification offers a compact and consistent dimensional starting point, with a small head diameter ideal for detailed applications such as mold finishing, engraving, and intricate contouring.
