The SJ-5M J12.711 is a precision-crafted preform made from virgin tungsten carbide, engineered for those who require uncompromised material quality in custom burr manufacturing. Virgin carbide ensures a pure, homogeneous microstructure—free from recycled content—delivering consistent hardness and reliable machinability throughout the grinding and finishing process.
The carbide tip is permanently joined to the steel shank using industrial-grade silver brazing. This bonding technique creates a thermally stable, vibration-resistant connection that holds firm during aggressive tooth cutting and remains dependable throughout the service life of the finished tool.
