CL21X/MES Ultra-miniature P=5 Metallized Polyester Film Capacitors (Impregnated Type)
Product Overview: The CL21X/MES series capacitors are ultra-miniature, epoxy-encapsulated metallized polyester film capacitors with a lead pitch of P=5. They feature a non-inductive winding structure and are widely used in communication equipment, tape recorders, televisions, VCDs, and various electronic devices for DC and pulsating circuits. These capacitors offer excellent self-healing properties, good stability, and high reliability.
Note: All raw materials and finished products comply with RoHS environmental requirements.

Storage Conditions:
Avoid prolonged exposure to air, which can degrade lead solderability.
Do not store in high temperature and high humidity environments.
Storage Conditions (in original packaging): Temperature: Max 35, Relative Humidity: Max 80%.
Storage Time: Maximum 12 months from the production date marked on the packaging bag.

Usage Rules:
Usage Range: Do not exceed the upper category temperature, avoid overload, and do not exceed the maximum pulse current.
Operation Precautions: Avoid repeated squeezing at the lead root, and be mindful of the lead tip.
Soldering: Be aware that heat transfer through leads can affect capacitor performance. Ensure soldering temperatures and times are within specified limits:
Wave Soldering (MPE): Peak Temperature (TP) 125 for 120 seconds; Sustained Temperature (Ts) 160 for 45 seconds.
Soldering Iron: Tip temperature not exceeding 350 for no more than 3 seconds.
Lead film capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering.
Maximum Allowable Voltage (Vrms) vs. Frequency Curve: Note: Typical values are tested under sinusoidal voltage, ambient temperature 85, and internal temperature rise T=15.
