Product Specification

This product is a general-purpose single-component polyurethane foam sealant, featuring medium hardness, small shrinkage, and high cost-effectiveness.
This product is applicable for filling, bonding, sealing and insulation of building doors and windows.

Product features

The normal operating temperature of this product is +5℃ to +35℃, and the optimal operating temperature is +18℃ to +25℃. The temperature resistance range after curing is -30℃ to +80℃.
The drying time at room temperature is less than 10 minutes, and the cutting time is less than 1 hour.
The adhesion is moderate, and it has adhesion to most materials (excluding Teflon, silicone resin, etc.).
It does not contain CFC or SCCP.
It has waterproof and heat insulation properties.

Application scope
This product is applicable for filling, bonding, sealing and insulation of building doors and windows.

Usage instructions

Before construction, the surface to be treated must be cleaned and sprayed with water to moisten it. Shake the material tank up and down for about one minute, then invert it and install it at the connection port of the spray gun. Rotate counterclockwise to open the flow valve and adjust the flow rate. When filling the vertical gaps, spray from bottom to top. The spraying volume should be half of the filling volume. After the foam is sprayed for a moment, it will expand and fill the entire gap. The surface will solidify in about 10 minutes, and can be cut after about 60 minutes. Use a small knife to remove the excess foam, and then treat the surface with cement mortar or paint.

Construction Notes

Before construction, remove the floating dust and oil stains from the surface, and spray a little water on the surface. When filling vertical gaps, do it from bottom to top, and the spraying volume should be up to 1/2 of the filled volume. After using the spray gun, please clean it immediately with the dedicated cleaning agent. This product does not protect against ultraviolet rays, so other protective materials should be applied on the foam surface.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight. The temperature should not exceed 50℃. Place vertically upwards. Do not store in a humid environment to prevent the packaging container from leaking due to rust.

Transportation
During transportation, it is strictly prohibited to place it upside down. Avoid severe impacts, exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures and fire sources.

Safety Instructions

This product will release flammable mixed gases during use. During operation, avoid proximity to open flames. During the construction process, ensure proper ventilation. Do not burn or puncture empty tanks. Please place the product out of reach of children. When working, wear protective gloves and goggles. The product is non-toxic after complete curing, but should be avoided from contact with eyes or skin before curing; if foam comes into contact with eyes, immediately wash with clean water and seek medical attention immediately; if it comes into contact with skin, wash with soap or clean water.
