Product Specification

This product is a high-performance one-component polyurethane foam sealant. It features pre-foaming, quick drying, long stretch, and high hardness. This product is suitable for filling, bonding, sealing, and insulation of high-end building doors and windows.

Product features

The normal operating temperature of this product is +5℃ to +35℃, and the optimal usage temperature is +18℃ to +25℃. The temperature resistance range after curing is -30℃ to +80℃.
The drying time at room temperature is less than 10 minutes, and the cutting time is less than 45 minutes.
The adhesion is strong, and it has excellent adhesion to most materials (excluding Teflon, silicone resin and other materials).
It does not contain CFC or SCCP.
The foaming ratio is more than 70 times.
The waterproof and heat insulation performance is excellent.

Application scope
For filling, bonding, sealing and insulation of high-end building doors and windows.

Usage instructions

Before construction, the surface to be worked on should be cleaned and sprayed with water to moisten it. Shake the material tank up and down for about one minute, then invert it and install it at the connection port of the spray gun. Rotate counterclockwise to open the flow valve and adjust the flow rate. When filling the vertical gaps, spray from bottom to top. The surface will be solidified in about 10 minutes, and can be cut in about 60 minutes. Use a small knife to remove the excess foam, and then treat the surface with cement mortar or paint.

Construction Notes

Before construction, remove the floating dust and oil stains from the surface, and spray a little water on the surface. When filling vertical gaps, do it from bottom to top. Please clean the spray gun immediately with the dedicated cleaning agent after use. This product does not protect against UV rays, so other protective materials should be applied on the foam surface.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight. The temperature should not exceed 50℃. Place vertically upwards. Do not store in a humid environment to prevent the packaging container from leaking due to rust.

Transportation
During transportation, it is strictly prohibited to place the product upside down. Avoid severe impacts, exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures and fire sources.

Safety instructions

This product will release flammable mixed gases during use. When using, avoid proximity to open flames. During the construction process, ensure proper ventilation. Do not burn or puncture empty tanks. Please place the product out of the reach of children. During construction, please wear protective gloves and goggles. This product is non-toxic after complete curing, but should be avoided from contact with eyes or skin before curing; if foam comes into contact with eyes, immediately wash with clean water and seek medical attention immediately; if it comes into contact with skin, wash with soap or clean water.
