Product Specification

Micro-foaming is a solution for the glass joints of system doors and windows, effectively and permanently reducing heat loss. It does not corrode the insulating sealant and has high hardness, which can reduce heat loss by up to 60%. It also improves the sound insulation and air tightness of the system doors and windows. It has passed tests and certifications by authoritative testing institutions and is designed for energy-efficient door and window systems.

Product features

The product structure is dense and uniform, which can significantly reduce heat loss. It also prevents rainwater from being sucked in due to the imbalance of indoor and outdoor air pressure. It is pre-foamed at the front and expands at the back, minimizing deformation and allowing for controllable operation.

Application scope
This product is applicable for filling, bonding, sealing and insulation of building doors and windows.

Usage instructions

Before construction, the surface to be worked on should be cleaned and sprayed with water to moisten it. Shake the material tank up and down for about one minute, then invert it and install it at the connection port of the spray gun. Rotate counterclockwise to open the flow valve and adjust the flow rate. When filling the vertical gaps, spray from bottom to top. The surface will be solidified in about 10 minutes, and can be cut in about 60 minutes. Use a small knife to remove the excess foam, and then treat the surface with cement mortar or paint.

Construction Notes

Before construction, remove the floating dust and oil stains from the surface, and spray a little water on the surface. When filling vertical gaps, do it from bottom to top. Please clean the spray gun immediately with the dedicated cleaning agent after use. This product does not protect against UV rays, so other protective materials should be applied on the foam surface.

Storage conditions
Store in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight. The temperature should not exceed 50℃. Place vertically upwards. Do not store in a humid environment to prevent the packaging container from leaking due to rust.

9 months (placed vertically upwards, storage temperature: +5℃ to +35℃)

Transportation
During transportation, it is strictly prohibited to place it upside down. Avoid severe impacts, exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures and fire sources.

Safety Instructions

This product will release flammable mixed gases during use. During operation, avoid proximity to open flames. During the construction process, ensure proper ventilation. Do not burn or puncture empty tanks. Please place the product out of reach of children. When working, wear protective gloves and goggles. The product is non-toxic after complete curing, but should be avoided from contact with eyes or skin before curing; if foam comes into contact with eyes, immediately wash with clean water and seek medical attention immediately; if it comes into contact with skin, wash with soap or clean water.
