Operating Principle
The center drive unit rotates the scraping and suction frames slowly inside the pool via the vertical frame. How does this machine suck up mud from the bottom? Does it need a massive, high-power pump?
It does not need a high-power pump. The equipment operates on negative pressure principle and static water pressure. Due to water level differences between the pool and discharge trough, natural water pressure automatically pushes activated sludge through suction holes into the collection cylinder, making it incredibly energy-efficient.
What happens to heavier, "inert" sludge at the bottom that cannot be sucked up?
The design perfectly accounts for this. On the opposite side of the suction arm, a dedicated scraping arm with scraper blades gradually pushes inert sludge into a central mud collection pit at the pool bottom, from where it is discharged separately, ensuring thorough tank cleaning.
If the machine gets stuck during 24-hour continuous operation, will the motor burn out?
