Charging
Use a LiPo Charger:ONLY use a computerized LiPo balance charger set to 2S mode.
Verify Settings: Confirm charger settings: LiPo, 2S (or 7.4V), Current ≤ 3.9A (1C) before starting.
Supervised Charging: Charge in a safe, fire-resistant location. Never charge unattended.
Balance Charge: Always use the JST-XH balance port during charging to maintain equal cell voltage.
Stop if Abnormal: Disconnect immediately if the battery swells, gets hot, smells, or shows any damage.
Discharging
Voltage Limits:DO NOT discharge below 6.0V (3.0V per cell). DO NOT charge above 8.4V (4.2V per cell).
Temperature: Operate within -10°C to 60°C. Ideal operating range is 20°C to 45°C. Allow to cool before charging.
Physical Damage: Inspect before each use. Do not use if punctured, deformed, leaking, or with damaged wires.
Short Circuit Prevention: Keep terminals clean and insulated. Always use connector caps when not in use.
Environment: Avoid exposure to water, rain, and extreme temperatures.
Storage
Storage Voltage: For storage longer than one week, maintain battery at 3.8V - 3.85V per cell (7.6V - 7.7V total).
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place (10°C - 25°C is ideal) inside a LiPo safety bag or fireproof container.
Transport: Protect terminals from shorting. For air travel, this sub-100Wh battery generally complies with carry-on regulations when properly installed or protected.
