Important Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any damage occurs, contact us for replacement.
Installation Instructions
Cartridge seal is pre-cleaned and leak-tested. Do not disassemble before installation.
Ensure shaft fitting allowance is dl h6 0.8. Lubricate shaft with oil.
Place cartridge seal into pump chamber and:
Tighten four flange bolts, ensuring medium leading hole "G" is at top position
Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve
Remove four gauge plates (keep for future use)
Connect medium lead-in pipe to hole "G" for friction heat removal and seal chamber flushing
Post-Installation Check: After installation, manually rotate shaft to verify smooth rotation. Rough rotation indicates improper installation.
