Component A is available in 25 Kg/drum and 220 Kg/drum; Component B is available in 20 Kg/drum and 210 Kg/drum to meet different production demands. At 25℃, Component A has a density of 1.21 g/cm³ and Component B has a density of 1.16 g/cm³, ensuring stable mixing and consistent performance.
At 25℃, the viscosity of Component A ranges from 1200 to 2400 mPa·s, while Component B ranges from 1600 to 2800 mPa·s. This well-balanced viscosity allows smooth coating, good leveling, and uniform application on various film surfaces without sagging or running.
This solvent-free PU adhesive provides reliable bonding for PE, CPP, BOPP, PET, PA and high-barrier composite films. It features good heat resistance and works well with standard 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 solvent-free laminating machines, making it widely used in soft packaging, food packaging, and spout pouch production.
