Product Description:
The Polyurethane Adhesive is a high-performance solvent-free lamination adhesive designed for flexible packaging and film lamination. It delivers outstanding bonding strength and stable durability, ideal for bonding PET, BOPP, PE, CPP and PA films in soft packaging and food packaging production.
This two-component adhesive provides flexible packaging specifications: Component A in 25Kg and 220Kg drums, Component B in 20Kg and 210Kg drums. It meets both trial and mass production needs, with sealed packaging keeping stable quality during storage and transit.
The adhesive is a light yellow transparent liquid for easy coating and uniform coverage. At 25℃, Component A viscosity is 1200–2400 mPa·s, and Component B is 1600–2800 mPa·s. The well-balanced viscosity ensures smooth application, good leveling and no sagging for perfect film lamination.
It features stable lamination performance and good heat resistance, maintaining firm bonding strength during heat sealing and processing, effectively avoiding delamination and ensuring long-term packaging stability.
