A wide range of common‑spec perforated coils are stored in warehouse, which allows us to arrange shipment within short time without long production waiting for many standard orders. Raw galvanized strips are inspected for zinc coating weight, thickness and surface quality before production, to avoid substrate with peeling zinc layer or surface defects. During continuous punching production, online sampling inspection is carried out to monitor hole accuracy and plate flatness along the whole coil. We accept custom hole size, coil width, inner diameter and coil weight according to project requirements, and will give reasonable suggestions for mold cost for non‑standard hole patterns. The finished galvanized perforated coils are wrapped with waterproof kraft paper and metal straps, the waterproof packaging can prevent moisture damage during long‑distance sea transportation. We support small trial coil batches and large‑volume full‑container orders, competitive factory‑direct price helps customers control overall procurement expenditure. Mill test documents can be provided together with goods to support import customs clearance for overseas buyers.
The whole production workflow of galvanized perforated metal coil roll starts from qualified hot‑dip galvanized steel coil raw material. Original galvanized coil will be loaded onto decoiler equipment, then go through multi‑roll leveling process for stress relief to eliminate strip warping risk. Servo feeding system delivers steel strip into continuous CNC punching press, punching different hole patterns strictly following confirmed specifications. After punching, burr removing unit treats hole edges to get rid of sharp burrs. Then the perforated strip passes surface cleaning station to wipe away punching oil and metal debris. The perforated strip will be rewound into finished coil roll with set inner diameter and coil weight. Every finished coil will be visually inspected for surface condition, hole uniformity and flatness, partial samples will be taken for dimension measurement. Qualified coils are wrapped with waterproof kraft paper and strapped with metal bands for ocean‑going export packaging.
