Cr30Ni70 resistance strip is a high-performance nickel-chromium alloy engineered for applications requiring exceptional thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and precise electrical performance in extreme environments. Composed of 68–72% nickel28–31% chromium, and trace elements (≤1.0% iron, ≤0.5% manganese), this alloy forms a robust chromium oxide (Cr₂O₃) layer at temperatures up to 1,250°C (2,282°F), ensuring long-term durability in oxidizing, carburizing, or sulfur-rich atmospheres. Its ultra-low carbon content (≤0.08%) minimizes intergranular corrosion, while its high electrical resistivity (1.15 µΩ·m) and low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) guarantee stable energy output for precision heating in aerospace, nuclear, and semiconductor industries.

Certified to ASTM B344 and IEC 60172 standards, Cr30Ni70 strip delivers tensile strength of 700–900 MPa and elongation ≥20%, outperforming conventional Ni-Cr alloys in cyclic thermal operations. With a melting point of 1,400°C and near-zero magnetic permeability, it is ideal for vacuum furnaces, high-frequency induction systems, and critical components requiring resistance to thermal fatigue and oxidation.
