This series includes six wall-mounted industrial evaporative air cooler models with fixed 18000 m³/h airflow, divided by air outlet direction (down / side / top) and two mechanical control grades (A-class / S-class). It is wall-hung installation type, matched with 25L built-in water tank and 1.1kW industrial motor, widely used in factories, supermarkets, schools and agricultural greenhouses covering 100–150 ㎡.
· Integrated thickened anti-aging PP plastic cabinet, wall-mounted design with optional detachable angle iron wall bracket (non-standard accessory); three air outlet directions for flexible site matching: downward air outlet (ZX), side air outlet (ZC), top air outlet (ZS).
· Two mechanical control panel grades optional:
A-Class Mechanical Controller: Single fixed wind speed, supports cooling, cleaning & swing wind functions, equipped with phase loss protection, durable for long-term industrial use.
S-Class Mechanical Controller: Single fixed wind speed, full multi-protection including overload, short circuit & electric leakage protection, higher safety standard for high-risk workshop environments.
· Dedicated 1.1kW F-class insulated motor with IP54 dustproof & waterproof grade, high temperature & humidity resistance, low noise and stable continuous industrial operation, matched with 380V industrial three-phase power supply.
· High static pressure axial-flow plastic fan wheel with optimized fluid mechanics air duct, smooth airflow, low vibration, air supply static pressure up to 180Pa for long-distance coverage.
· Built-in 25L integrated environmental PP water tank, medium wind cooling can run continuously for 6–8 hours after full filling; supports external tap water pipeline automatic water replenishment transformation.
· Thickened high-density special corrugated honeycomb cooling pad made of new polymer composite material, ultra-high water absorption, mildew-proof, anti-aging and long service life.
· Foldable closed air inlet shutter to block dust and insects when standby, easy disassembly for daily cleaning maintenance.
· Reminder: Downward air outlet model is recommended as priority if installation space permits, with better air circulation effect.
· Three Air Outlet Direction Options: Down (ZX) / Side (ZC) / Top (ZS) air outlet to adapt different workshop wall height, beam and pipeline layout restrictions, flexible on-site layout.
· Two Safety Grade Mechanical Controllers: A-class basic phase loss protection for general factories; S-class full overload/short-circuit/leakage multi-protection for chemical, metal processing and high safety requirement workshops.
· Wall-Mounted Space-Saving Design: No floor occupation, suitable for factories with limited ground production area, matched detachable wall bracket for easy hoisting installation.
· Large Air Volume Wide Coverage: Fixed max airflow 18000 m³/h, matching 100–150 square meters large workshop, supermarket and agricultural greenhouse cooling demand.
· Diversified Application Scenarios: Fit dense crowd commercial venues (supermarket, school classroom, internet cafe), high-temperature processing factories (injection molding, rubber, printing), agricultural greenhouses and centralized air replacement ventilation projects.
· Stable Industrial Continuous Operation: F-class high temperature resistant motor + thickened cooling pad structure, support 24-hour non-stop factory operation with low failure rate.
Only for indoor and shaded semi-open industrial, commercial and agricultural space ventilation cooling; avoid long-term direct sunlight exposure. Only clean tap water can be injected into the water tank; corrosive, oily and chemical liquids are prohibited.
