The ZX/ZC/ZS-18-Z Series Central Control Axial Evaporative Air Cooler contains three wall-mounted central control models with fixed 18000 m³/h airflow, classified by three air outlet directions (downward ZX / side ZC / top ZS). This central water & power sharing system is designed for large workshops that need multiple coolers linked together, supporting unified central cabinet control, applicable for industrial venues covering 100–150 ㎡.
· Integrated thickened anti-aging PP cabinet, wall hoisting installation design; detachable angle iron wall bracket is an optional accessory. Three air outlet layouts for different on-site pipeline & wall height conditions: ZX downward air outlet (recommended priority if installation space allows), ZC side air outlet, ZS top air outlet.
· Centralized unified control system: All units adopt single fixed wind speed, no independent control box on each cooler; all coolers are connected to one central control cabinet for unified power on/off and operation management.
· Dedicated 1.1kW F-class insulated motor with IP54 dustproof & waterproof grade, strong high temperature & humidity resistance, low noise and stable 24-hour continuous industrial operation, matched with 380V three-phase industrial power supply.
· High static pressure axial-flow plastic fan wheel with optimized fluid mechanics air duct, max static pressure 180Pa, long-distance wide-area cool wind delivery.
· This series has no built-in internal water tank; it adopts centralized external tap water pipeline water supply, equipped with independent water inlet and automatic drain outlets reserved on each unit.
· Thickened high-density special corrugated honeycomb cooling pad made of new polymer composite material, ultra-high water absorption, mildew-proof, anti-aging and long service life.
· Foldable closed air inlet shutter blocks dust and insects during standby, easy disassembly for daily cleaning maintenance.
· Supporting auxiliary facilities required for the whole central system: Water storage tank, large-flow circulating water pump, water supply & drain pipelines (40mm inlet pipe, 60mm outlet pipe), central electrical control cabinet.
· Centralized Unified Control Design: Multiple coolers share one central control cabinet, centralized power & water supply, greatly reducing scattered wiring and maintenance workload, convenient for 24-hour unattended factory management.
· Three Optional Air Outlet Directions: Downward / side / top air outlet to adapt different workshop wall height, beam and overhead pipeline layout restrictions; downward outlet model delivers the most balanced air circulation.
· No Built-In Tank, Central Tap Water Supply: Avoid frequent manual water refilling, stable long-time continuous cooling without water shortage interruption.
· Wall-Mounted Space-Saving Structure: Hoisting installation does not occupy factory production floor space, effectively saving ground area for production lines.
· Diversified Wide Application Scenarios: Applicable for high-temperature processing factories, large supermarkets, school teaching buildings, internet cafes, livestock breeding farms and agricultural greenhouses covering 100–150 square meters, especially ideal for large workshops requiring linked multiple cooling units.
· Stable All-Day Industrial Continuous Operation: F-class high temperature resistant motor + thickened cooling pad structure, low failure rate for long-time non-stop factory operation.
Only applicable for indoor and shaded semi-open large industrial, agricultural and commercial space ventilation cooling; avoid long-term direct sunlight exposure. Only clean tap water can be injected into the water supply pipeline; corrosive, oily and chemical liquids are prohibited.

ZC-18-Z: Single-speed central control + side air outlet + central tap water supply (no internal tank)
ZS-18-Z: Single-speed central control + top air outlet + central tap water supply (no internal tank) Standard set includes cooling pad, dustproof air-in shutter and motor; wall mounting bracket, central control cabinet, water tank and water pump are separate matching auxiliary facilities.
