Featured by high temperature resistance, compact layout and stable air pressure output, WCF small boiler fans are widely used for air feeding & smoke exhaust of heating furnace, hot blast stove, CNC boiler, small steam boiler, drying equipment in food, grain processing and chemical industry. Standard unit is equipped with ordinary asynchronous motor; B-WCF explosion-proof variant fitted with YB flameproof motor is customized for boiler with flammable volatile fuel fume. F-WCF high-temperature stainless steel customized version is available for ultra-high temperature flue gas environment, keeping identical airflow parameters and installation dimension as standard carbon steel fan.
Standard WCF fan conveys clean hot air or low-dust boiler flue gas; max working medium temperature ≤200℃, conveyed gas without sticky viscous heavy impurities and over-limit hard dust particles.
B-WCF explosion-proof boiler fan retains consistent technical performance, outline dimension and foundation installation size with standard WCF fan, only driving motor is replaced with explosion-proof specification.
All models run at fixed 2800r/min with power ranging from 0.25kW~2.2kW, step-by-step power configuration covers full flow & full pressure range to satisfy different small boiler combustion air supply demand; detailed matching parameters are recorded in WCF official product manual.
