* The C6-46 dust extraction centrifugal fan is designed for conveying air mixtures containing wood scraps, fibers, and dust particles. The maximum allowable medium temperature is ≤80℃. ·
* The fan impeller features 6 forward-curved blades, providing excellent resistance to wear and dust accumulation, making it ideal for dusty environments. ·
* The series offers multiple drive configurations: Type A (direct motor drive), Type C (belt drive), and Type D (coupling drive) to suit different installation and speed control needs. ·
* The fan body is constructed from high-quality steel plate with a robust structure, ensuring long-term stable operation under continuous dust-laden airflow conditions. ·
* It can also be used for general ventilation and air exchange in industrial environments.
The C6-46 series is widely used in industries requiring dust extraction, such as woodworking, textile processing, and general manufacturing. Its wear-resistant impeller and anti-dust accumulation design make it ideal for handling air streams with wood scraps, fibers, and dust particles.
Standard models are equipped with ordinary three-phase asynchronous motors. Explosion-proof variants (B-C6-46) with flameproof motors are available for environments with flammable dust or gases. Stainless steel customized versions (F-C6-46) can be provided for corrosive dust-laden gases, maintaining the same performance parameters and installation dimensions as the standard model.
· Wear Resistance: The 6 forward-curved blades are designed to resist abrasion from particles, extending service life.
· Low Dust Accumulation: The impeller and casing design minimizes buildup, reducing maintenance requirements in dusty environments.
· Flexible Drive Options: Multiple drive configurations (A, C, D) offer flexibility in installation and speed adjustment.
The fan features a robust steel casing and a 6-blade forward-curved impeller. Type A models have direct-coupled motors, while Type C and D models use belt or coupling drives for flexible speed control.
The series includes Type A models (3A to 6A) with power ranging from 2.2kW to 7.5kW and speeds from 960 to 2900r/min. Additional C-type and D-type models are available to meet specific application requirements.
