* It features a 6 forward-curved blade impeller, offering excellent wear resistance and low dust accumulation, making it ideal for handling air mixtures containing wood scraps, fibers, and dust particles. ·
* The belt-driven design allows flexible speed adjustment via pulley changes, providing variable airflow and pressure to match different dust collection system requirements. ·
* The fan body is constructed from high-quality steel plate with a robust structure, ensuring long-term stable operation under continuous dust-laden airflow conditions. ·
* It is suitable for medium temperatures up to 80℃ and can also be used for general ventilation and air exchange in industrial environments.
The C6-46 (C-type) series is widely used in industries requiring high-performance dust extraction. Its belt-driven configuration and wear-resistant impeller make it suitable for handling dusty air streams in woodworking plants, textile factories, and manufacturing facilities.
Standard models are equipped with ordinary three-phase asynchronous motors. Explosion-proof variants (B-C6-46) with flameproof motors are available for environments with flammable dust or gases. Stainless steel customized versions (F-C6-46) can be provided for corrosive dust-laden gases, maintaining the same performance parameters and installation dimensions as the standard model.
· Flexible Speed Control: The belt-driven design allows for easy speed adjustment, making it adaptable to different dust collection system demands.
· Wear Resistance: The 6 forward-curved blades are designed to resist abrasion from particles, extending service life.
· Low Dust Accumulation: The impeller and casing design minimizes buildup, reducing maintenance requirements in dusty environments.
The fan features a robust steel casing and a 6-blade forward-curved impeller. The belt-driven system uses pulleys and belts to transmit power, enabling flexible speed adjustment.
The series includes models from 4C to 12C, with power ranging from 1.1kW to 37kW and speeds from 435 to 2320r/min. Diversified speed-power collocations cover a wide airflow and full pressure scope to satisfy different dust collection system resistance requirements.
