* The fan body and impeller are made of aluminum alloy, offering advantages such as high pressure, smooth pressure curve, low dust accumulation, wear resistance, spark-free operation, and explosion-proof performance. ·
* The fan is suitable for conveying mixed gases containing fibers, lint, wood chips, and dust in industrial dust removal systems. The maximum allowable medium temperature is ≤80℃. ·
* The compact structure and lightweight design make it easy to install and integrate into carton machinery and other industrial equipment. ·
* The fan operates at a fixed speed of 2900r/min, providing stable high-pressure airflow for material conveying and dust collection applications.
The HBJS series is specifically designed for carton machinery, ideal for paper feeding and dust collection processes. It is also widely used in industrial dust removal systems for conveying air containing fibers, lint, wood chips, and dust particles.
The aluminum alloy construction provides inherent spark resistance, making it suitable for environments where flammable dust or fibers are present. Standard models are equipped with ordinary three-phase asynchronous motors.
· Spark-Free Operation: The aluminum alloy impeller prevents spark generation, enhancing safety in applications with flammable dust or fibers.
· Wear Resistance: The semi-open impeller design resists abrasion from particles, extending service life.
· Low Dust Accumulation: The smooth impeller surface minimizes buildup, reducing maintenance needs in dusty environments.
The fan features a semi-open aluminum alloy impeller cast as a single piece with the hub. The impeller is directly coupled to the motor, forming a compact, high-speed structure.
The series includes four models: 3.15A, 3.75A, 4A, and 4.1A, with power ranging from 4kW to 7.5kW. All models operate at a fixed speed of 2900r/min, providing a range of airflow and pressure options to match different carton machinery requirements.
