The FGXF Type FRP Mixed Flow Fan is a high-efficiency, corrosion-resistant ventilation unit with a drum-shaped structure. It features a reduced inlet/outlet design to accelerate airflow velocity and increase pressure coefficient. Compared to standard axial fans of the same size, it delivers higher airflow and pressure, making it ideal for duct ventilation applications where axial fans cannot meet pressure requirements.
· The fan body is constructed from fiberglass composite material, offering excellent corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis, and corrosive chemicals.
· The drum-shaped mixed flow design accelerates airflow velocity and increases pressure coefficient, outperforming standard axial fans in duct applications.
· The compact structure replaces low-pressure centrifugal fans, reducing installation footprint and simplifying design.
· Lightweight, anti-aging, and low-noise construction ensures long-term reliable operation.
· High Efficiency & Pressure: Mixed flow design delivers higher airflow and pressure than standard axial fans, making it ideal for high-resistance duct systems.
· Corrosion Resistance: The FRP construction provides long-term protection against corrosive gases, suitable for chemical and industrial environments.

The conveyed gas must not contain sticky substances. The concentration of dust and hard particles must not exceed 150mg/m³. The gas temperature must be ≤60°C, and the relative humidity can be up to 100%.
The series includes models from 2.5F to 7.0S, with power ranging from 0.12kW to 5.5kW and speeds from 960r/min to 1450r/min.
