The GF4-72 Type C Series FRP Centrifugal Fan is a high-performance, corrosion-resistant industrial fan constructed from polyester fiberglass composite material. Built on the improved aerodynamic design of the GF4-72 series, it features a belt-driven configuration for flexible speed control and enhanced motor protection, making it ideal for corrosive gas handling in demanding industrial environments.
· The entire fan body is constructed from polyester fiberglass composite material, offering exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, and various corrosive chemical agents.
· Belt-Drive Design: The impeller is connected to the motor via a belt through a water-cooled or oil-cooled bearing seat. This design isolates the motor from corrosive gases, reducing corrosion, lowering motor load, and extending service life.
· The optimized aerodynamic design inherited from the GF4-72 series ensures high efficiency, low noise, and stable operation.
· The fiberglass material provides excellent structural strength, light weight, and resistance to aging, making it ideal for continuous operation in harsh environments.
· Superior Corrosion Resistance: Polyester fiberglass construction provides long-term protection against corrosive gases, outperforming standard steel fans in aggressive environments.
· Motor Protection & Long Service Life: The belt-driven design isolates the motor from corrosive gases, reducing the risk of motor failure and extending the fan's lifespan.
· Flexible Speed Control: The belt-drive configuration allows for easy speed adjustment to meet varying airflow and pressure requirements.
· High Efficiency & Low Noise: Optimized aerodynamic design delivers high efficiency with low noise output.
The conveyed gas must not contain any sticky substances. The concentration of dust and hard particles must not exceed 150mg/m³. The gas temperature must be ≤60°C, and the relative humidity can be up to 100%.
The series includes models from 3C to 14C, with power ranging from 0.75kW to 110kW and speeds from 710r/min to 2900r/min.
