The SHGF Series High-Pressure FRP Centrifugal Fan is a belt-driven, high-performance, corrosion-resistant industrial fan constructed entirely from high-strength fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). It is specifically designed for high-pressure corrosive gas handling in chemical, electroplating, environmental protection, and other demanding industrial environments. The fan is also available with explosion-proof motor configurations for use with flammable/explosive gases.
· Full FRP Construction: The entire fan body, including the casing and impeller, is made of high-strength fiberglass composite material, offering exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosive chemicals.
· Belt-Drive Design: The impeller is connected to the motor via a belt through a bearing assembly. This design allows for flexible speed control, isolates the motor from corrosive gases, and reduces motor load for longer service life.
· High-Pressure Aerodynamics: Optimized impeller and casing design delivers high static pressure, making it suitable for systems with long duct runs or high resistance.
· Lightweight & Durable: The FRP material is lightweight yet rigid, resistant to aging, and built for long-term continuous operation in high-humidity, corrosive environments.
· Explosion-Proof Option: The fan can be fitted with an explosion-proof motor for use with flammable/explosive gases.
· Superior Corrosion Resistance: The FRP construction provides long-term protection against corrosive gases, outperforming standard steel fans.
· High Static Pressure: Optimized aerodynamic design delivers high pressure output, making it ideal for systems with high resistance.
· Flexible Speed Control: The belt-drive configuration allows for easy speed adjustment to meet varying airflow and pressure requirements.
· Enhanced Motor Protection: The motor is isolated from corrosive gases, significantly reducing the risk of corrosion and failure.
· Explosion-Proof Ready: The fan can be equipped with certified explosion-proof motors for use in hazardous environments.
The conveyed gas must not contain any sticky substances. The concentration of dust and hard particles must not exceed 150mg/m³. The gas temperature must be ≤60°C, and the relative humidity can be up to 100%.
The series includes models from SHGF-320C to SHGF-1600C, with power ranging from 0.75kW to 132kW and speeds from 890r/min to 2900r/min.
